Highlights of the Day - St. Petersburg - Panoramic tour of St. Petersburg including the Petropavlovsk Fortress. Tour to Peterhof Palace. Accompanied by a local guide, cross the Neva River and begin your panoramic visit of this beautiful city of 40 islands. Saint Petersburg is her second most important city in Russia and the capital of the Russian Empire. This imperial city reveals the history of Russian emperors through its museums, palaces and rich architecture. The visit also includes the origin of the city, the Petropavlovsk Fortress (entrance included). The city is surrounded by numerous palaces. Travel to Peterhof Castle with your guide and ticket. Known as the 'Russian Versailles', this UNESCO World Heritage Site has magnificent fountains and gardens and was one of the Emperor's residences.

Highlight of the day - St. Petersburg. – Hermitage Today we will visit the Hermitage, a wonderful museum housed in the former Winter Palace of the Emperor (visited with guide and entrance ticket). Enjoy your leisurely afternoon.

St. Petersburg - Novgorod - Valdai - Tver Highlights of the day: Russian plains, forests and lakes. Novgorod. Dinner is included. We continue our journey to Novgorod, an exciting city that has been one of the most important political and cultural centers of Russia. Visit the Kremlin (guided tour and entrance fees included), the former market district and the courtyard of Yaroslav. Lunch is included. Then have a leisurely lunch. Then on to VALDAY, a quaint little town on a lake. Visit an old monastery on an island in the lake before continuing TVER. Dinner is included.

Tver - Sergey Posad - Suzdal Highlights of the day: Narrow roads take you past many pretty villages and into the Russian countryside. Tchaikovsky's house. Lunch is included. We will start the day with a walk in Tver, a city on the banks of the Volga that used to be the center of a small state, Moscow's main competitor. After that, we'll take a look at some of the cities of the Golden Ring. Stop at KLIN and visit the house of the genius composer Tchaikovsky (entrance included). Then head to Sergiev Posad to visit the Trinity Monastery, considered the most important spiritual center in Russia. Lunch is included. In the afternoon, drive along small roads through the historic towns of the Golden Ring. Alexandrov with the Kremlin dedicated to Ivan the Terrible. Yuriev-Polsky is a small provincial city with a historic Kremlin. Our route continues to Suzdal. At dinner (included in the price), enjoy a folklore group with the sound of balalaikas (not included if there are less than 15 participants for her).

Highlight of the day: sightseeing in Suzdal. Lunch is included. In the morning you will have the opportunity to see how the famous Matryoshka dolls are made and painted and learn how to paint them. Next, visit Suzdal, for many the most beautiful city of the Golden Ring. Canals, flowers and domes on the horizon give the city a fairytale look. We visited the Museum of Timber Architecture, which showcases the life of former peasants, including log houses, mills, and churches of the Transfiguration. A bell concert can be heard in the St. Eugen Abbey. Then head to Vladimir to visit the majestic Assumption Cathedral. Lunch is included. Afterwards, head to Moscow, arriving in the late afternoon.

Highlight of the day: Moscow city tour including entry to the Kremlin and its main cathedrals. We start the day with an exciting visit to the sprawling capital of Russia. The city combines past, present and future in a unique way. We will visit boulevards, elegant shopping streets, Red Square with Lenin's Mausoleum, St. Basil's Cathedral and Christ the Savior Cathedral. You will also enter the Kremlin and visit his two of the most important cathedrals. We intend (no guarantees) to coincide with a solemn military parade on Sobornaya Square. Please enjoy the afternoon leisurely.

Highlight of the day: Observation deck in Moscow. Great Patriotic War Museum. Learn about the history of Russia and its capital. Pass by the University Observation Deck with a great view of the city where newlyweds leave their flowers (we could have visited the Observation Deck after our visit on Saturday instead of Sunday) and get to know the Great Patriotic War Museum (entrance included) World War II), it also shows many aspects of the Soviet era. Free time in the afternoon.
