Sulfur Baths – Kureri Abano is located on the eastern bank of the Mutskvari River, at the foot of Narikala Fortress opposite Metisbani. Abanotubani is an important historical part of the city, and legend has it that the Iberian king Vaktang dropped Gorgasari's falcon here, leading to the discovery of the hot springs and the subsequent establishment of a new capital. lunch break
